The Strand Sun Ray is a luxurious condominium perfect for families. From the balcony you have a breathtaking view of the crystal clear lagoon each and the Caribbean Sea. The private sandy beach is a joy for kids and features nice palm trees, palapas (palm leaved umbrellas) and lounge chairs to enjoy the best beach day ever. The lagoon is excellent for swimming and snorkeling. There is also a large swimming pool. The Strand Sun Ray is situated in a secured resort which has a private parking space for each condominium.

FEATURES

The Strand Sun Ray features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The third bedroom has 1 twin bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the hallway is a guest toilet. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with high end finishes. There is a seating area inside and a dining area outside on the balcony overlooking the ocean.

AMENITIES

The condominium is equipped with high speed wireless internet, flat screen with cable TV in both living area and master bedroom. The kitchen has all appliances needed for a home cooked meal such as refrigerator with ice cubes and water, cooking appliance, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. There is a central AC system for the entire unit which can be regulated at your convenience. Temperature and time in use will effect the total cost of usage. Cost for utilities are very high on the island. 40 kwh is included in the rate. Over usage will be charged at USD 0.50 per kwh. Meter readings are taken at check in and out. We kindly ask our guests to take the impact on the environment into consideration. There is a European washer and dryer available. The property features 220 voltage European style (circular) outlets only. Adapters are available.Cleaning is planned after every 7th day with linen change.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS

The Strand Sun Ray is located only a few blocks away from the historic town center and harbor of Willemstad. In the direct surroundings you find different international and local restaurants and cocktail bars. The recently renovated "Pietermaai Small" area with its small streets and colorful houses is the ultimate Curacao experience. Lots to explore also in the many museums and at the oldest synagogue of the Western Hemisphere Mikve-Israel Emanuel.

This accommodation is a self-catered and privately owned property, meaning that the basics are available for your convenience like: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dish tabs, sponge, bed linen and towels including beach towels. All other necessities that make you feel comfortable while travelling, like personal hygiene items, will need to be packed or purchased locally.
